Reservation Policy

 A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

The remaining 50% + applicable taxes before arrival.

Final payment can be made in post dated cheques.

Preferred payments is by e-money transfers to

 A cancellation must be made 2 months prior to your booking. 

Exceptions will be made in the case of an emergency. 
The deposit will be returned in full less a $40 administration fee if the cabin can be rebooked. 


Pet Policy

We love your pets and welcome your dog or cat. We can recommend an overnight kennel nearby. Pets are not allowed on the beach at anytime. Pets cannot roam free and must be leashed or tied. To uphold our slogan "Come listen to the silence", please consider whether your pet is suited for this environment.  The pet fee is $22.12 plus tax.


Safety Information


Please enjoy the water-craft (canoes, kayaks, pedal boats). Wear a proper sized life-jacket and carry a safety kit. In the pedal boat take a paddle. Water-craft can be taken out by adults (16 years and older) using the buddy system. All water-craft must be returned by dark.

The beach is not supervised by a lifeguard. You may swim at the beach with adult supervision. Please use the buddy system while swimming. No swimming is permitted at dark.

We hope you will enjoy an outdoor campfire. The office will post if there is a fire ban. An adult is permitted to set a campfire no more than 3 feet in height. When having a campfire keep a pail of water near-by. The fire must be supervised at all times by an adult and when you are finished please douse with water. Sound carries over water and neighbours will call if it gets too loud. After 11pm please keep noise to a minimum. Profane language is never permitted.

Lighthouse Landing will be responsible to satisfy itself that the participant of any activities have the requisite skill, provide any necessary supervision by responsible persons and see that all individual safety requirements are observed by participants and that Lighthouse Landing shall have no responsibility for accident or injury.

Without assuming any liability, and in the interests of safety, in the case of any use of any of these facilities, Lighthouse Landing reserves the right, through any of its responsible employees, to insist upon all appropriate safety rules and procedures being observed and upon any degree of supervision it considers advisable being provided by the guest group, and to limit or terminate the use of any such special facility as it may consider advisable.

I/We authorize the administration of any first aid treatment necessary at Lighthouse Landing and in the case of a medical emergency, give permission to hospitalize and secure proper treatment for my child as named. Every effort will be made to contact parents or guardians before such action.

For valuable consideration, the receipt of which is herby acknowledged, the undersigned herby releases and forever discharges Lighthouse Landing Camp their staff, volunteers, and directors from any and all actions, causes of action, claims and demands resulting from any loss, injury or damage to person or property which has arisen or may arise from any and all use of Lighthouse Landing including any program or otherwise, unless any such loss, injury or damage may have arisen by reason of the negligence of the Releases.

The undersigned agrees that any and all actions arising out of this agreement or the use of Lighthouse Landing will be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada and consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario, Canada in any and all such actions.
